City Halls — conveniently located around the
island of O‘ahu — can assist you in a variety
of government services.

addition to handling all vehicle registration,
renewals and ownership-transfer services, the
satellites also accept water bill and real
property tax payments, issue bus passes, picnic
permits, bicycle and moped registration, as well
as provide information on bus schedules.
