Our Support Team

Today,
teams are very popular among real estate
agents. We have been very, very careful
about putting together a team that will truly
meet the needs of our clients, yet not take away from the very important
client-relationship that we have put a lot of
effort into developing and whom our clients
have placed a lot of trust.

As
top producing agents, obviously you can't be
and do all things, however, we very strongly
refuse to turn our clients over to
"assistants" when it is ourselves that they
have built relationships with and learned to
trust and relate to. We prefer and enjoy
maintaining our relationship with our clients
before, during and after the transaction.

However,
there are some things that other people are
better qualified and experienced to handle.
It is these people, entities or companies that
we entrust our clients with, as well as people
who can handle the myriad other more mundane
tasks that go along with marketing properties
and closing transactions.

In
addition to us, Douglas Fischer and
Christopher Sumida, Realtors, these
are our support team members.
Keep in mind, it takes many people to
manage and process a smooth and stress free
transaction.
